Really good at what you do... and still can't win?
Let me show you why.
THE LUCK BUBBLE
Is a term used to describe the phenomena of Elite Special Forces Soldiers experiencing extreme moments of good fortune whilst on operations.
It was coined by Kirk Westwood in observation of his friends and fellow soldiers after a training accident during Special Forces Selection that ate away the cornea in his left eye.
It is a very real, and trainable dynamic that has now been used to help organizations, sports teams, and individuals; make millions, create winning dynasties, pivot technologies and radically improve corporate cultures.
Every ounce of effort put into change is a waste of time, unless one understands this dynamic.
Just being good without luck won't win you a championship or keep you alive.
Kirk is an expert in diagnosing where the sabotage is coming from and what needs to happen in order to create the end result that you actually want, but is usually not yet fully understood.
